TR-7 California spec. 9300miles!!408 viewsHi Before you get your hopes up I have to tell you that this car is in Sweden! But please read on:
This car was manufactured as a California spec LHD With cathalyst and all the other gadgets. It was then exported to the Leyland maindealer i sweden for evaluation of a possible introduction on the swedish market. This never happened and the car was put in storage till 2005 when I bought it with 7200 miles on the ODO. It has since been carefully recomissioned and runs beautifully. I have converted it to SU carbs and stainless steel sport exhaust (for the sound) but all original parts are there and in good shape including factory new catalyst. Want to sell to finance restoration of Jag E-type and MGA but have no idea of what the value might be in the states. Give me a clue someone. More pics. avaliable on request.

Triumph TR7/8 Convertible V8.503 viewsFor sale is my 1981 Triumph TR7 convertible which has been fitted at some stage with a Rover 3.5l V8 engine with five speed manual gearbox, Offenhauser manifold and Holley four-choke carb. It was restored in the past but I don't know when but is still in good condition, but not perfect. It starts every time and runs extremely well but has been barely used in the last two years that I have owned it as if the weather is nice enough to have the roof down then I am out on one of my motorbikes instead.

1980 TR8 Efi1123 viewsThe top , the battery and plugs are new. I took it out for a short ride the other day.
It has sat in my garage for a long time and so the fuel system needs some cleaning and a tune up. The idle is a little rough.
The electrical system seems ok except the turn signals. I put in all new parts so the problem is in the
wiring harness somewhere. I havn't taken the time to track it down and havn't got the energy!
The engine is fuel injected. The oil pan leaks. The car has never been in an accident. Paint is original.
Over all, the car is in fairly good shape and someone could make the repairs easily, I think. I am getting to the point where I won't be
driving any more for health reasons. My asking price is $5,200.00 US.
